d2ff66a985 Creates a layouts/ folder for keymaps shared between keyboards (#1609)
* include variables and .h files as pp directives

* start layout compilation

* split ergodoxes up

* don't compile all layouts for everything

* might seg fault

d9db5395b3 Updated layout to 1.2 - lots of changes
Rewrote QWERTY to make it a first-class citizen instead of just a glorified game layer.

Added a lot of keys to Extend layer to bring it in line with my Atreus.

Plenty of other changes too.
